A. Scripture: We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testament, to be the inerrant word of God, inspired by God, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation for men, and the Divine and Final authority for all Christian faith and life.
B. God: We believe in one and only one living and true God, who is the Creator and Supreme Ruler of the Universe, the heavens, the earth and all things therein; and who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each having His particular part in the work in our salvation.
C. Jesus Christ: We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, true God and true humanity yet without sin, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross and shed His blood as atonement for the sins of men. He was raised bodily from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is now exalted at the right hand of the Father. He now is our Mediator, High Priest and Advocate. He will return imminently and personally according to His promise.
D. Holy Spirit: We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, who is equal in power and coexistent with the Father and the Son. His ministry is to convict men, regenerate the believing sinners, and to indwell, guide, instruct and to empower believers for godly living and service.
E. Man: We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God. But in Adam, and by free choice, all have fallen into sin. As sinners, men are completely helpless and in need of God for salvation.
F. Salvation: We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. All who receive Him by faith as Lord and Savior are justified wholly and once for all on the ground of His shed blood, and are born anew of the Holy Spirit into the family of God. In its broadest sense, salvation included regeneration, sanctification, and glorification.
G. Last Things: We believe that God in His own time and His own way, will bring the world to its appropriate end. According to His promise, Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in glory to the earth; the dead will be raised; and Christ will judge all men in righteousness. The unrighteous will be consigned to hell, the place of everlasting punishment. The righteous, in their resurrected and glorified bodies, will receive their just recompense and will dwell forever with the Lord.
H. Church: We believe that the church is one body, of which Jesus Christ is the Head. It is composed of all who are regenerated of all who are regenerated by the Holy Spirit. The duty of the church is to bring to the world the Gospel, the message of salvation, that men may be reconciled to God and may live godly and righteous lives in this world.
